The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, has brokered the lease of a ±10,500 SF industrial space at 189 Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark.
Juan Disla, Sales Associate with The Blau & Berg Company, represented both the new tenant, Hoffman Services Inc., and the landlord. The property, which sits conveniently located to Routes 78, 9, McCarter Highway and the New Jersey Turnpike, will serve as a warehouse facility for Hoffman Services, one of the largest and oldest lift automotive lift suppliers in the United States.
“Hoffman was looking for a location in one of the hottest industrial markets in the nation and had a very specific set of requirements,” said Juan Disla. “Convenient access to the major nearby highways was critical, and when the right location became available everything fell into place. This warehouse should serve to amplify their already existing foothold in the automotive lift business.”
