The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, recently arranged the sale of a ± 95,000-SF multi-tenanted industrial facility located on 8.2 acres on Aldene Road in Roselle, NJ. The property was sold by a private investor, and the new owner is Brentwood Realty.
