The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter J. Murano Jr., SIOR, to Managing Executive Director.
Murano is beginning his 24th year with The Blau & Berg Company, which was preceded by a storied career in the transportation industry that culminated in a partial ownership position with Trans-Jersey Express. Peter’s relentless work ethic has resulted in eight straight years exceeding two million square feet of real estate transactions. Despite managing a vast portfolio, Murano’s clients call him a “gentleman” and never hesitate to refer potential clients his way, knowing they will be professionally and expertly represented. Peter is also responsible for conducting interviews and filtering candidates for sales positions where he finds associates who exemplify honesty and integrity.
