The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, recently brokered the lease of a 14,100 SF and 2-acre property located at 527 Springfield Road, Kenilworth, NJ, to Tesla, Inc. Brad P. Jacobs, Director, and Tamara J. Blau, Director of The Blau & Berg Company jointly represented the landlord, Dana Development Company, LLC and the tenant in the transaction.

The property features a 5-bay garage, large fenced in parking area and a 14,100 SF warehouse with additional parking, loading docks and a drive-in overhead door. LNR Auto Transport, a company that provides vehicle shipping solutions to top automotive manufacturers, operates the space on behalf of Tesla, Inc., servicing as well as transporting Tesla vehicles from Fresno, CA to New Jersey, and ultimately delivering them directly to area dealers and clients.
