The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, recently arranged the lease of ±90,000 SF of industrial space in Elizabeth, NJ. Jason M. Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter J. Murano, Jr. and Michael F. Schipper of The Blau & Berg Company represented the landlord, 720 South Front Street LLC, while Kenneth F. Crimmins of The Blau & Berg Company represented the tenant, Mark IV Transportation and Logistics, Inc.
