SHORT HILLS, NJ, August 26, 2020 – The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, recently brokered the sale of ±27,000-SF industrial/flex building from Mills Real Estate Ventures, LLC to MDB LLC. Jason M. Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter J. Murano, Jr., and Michael F. Schipper of The Blau & Berg Company represented the seller in this transaction, while Craig Fensler of KW Commercial represented the buyer. This property is located just off Route 206 in the bustling business and residential community of Hillsborough in Somerset County. The 22’ clear with 10 drive-in doors building has easy access from Routes 1, 22, 206 and Interstates 78 and 287.

“Our team prides itself on the ability to work dynamically with clientele throughout the country and this transaction proved to be no different,” says Michael F. Schipper, Senior Director for The Blau & Berg Company. “The level of trust bestowed upon us by our out of state client to assist in the divestiture of their asset leased to a publicly traded entity was a fantastic opportunity, which was facilitated by our rigorous marketing efforts and expansive customer base. The central 287 corridor has found a resurgence of interest as of late, and we are excited to contribute to its growth.”
