SHORT HILLS, NJ, November 2, 2023 – The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, has brokered the sale of a ±6,100-SF office space on 0.52 AC at 288 Main Street in Millburn. Tamara Blau and Brad Jacobs, both Senior Directors with The Blau & Berg Company represented the seller. Randy Eigen from CBRE was the co-broker representing the buyer.
The two-story office building, with medical uses, is located near the intersection of Main Street and Bleeker Street and was sold after several full-price offers were received immediately after listing. “The seller was happy to have the process go smoothly and efficiently”, said Tamara Blau. “We had interest right away, and multiple competitive offers, so clearly the price point was right which is important in a crowded office market.” The team of Blau and Jacobs operates all over the North Jersey commercial real estate market, with a heavy concentration on the towns of Millburn, Short Hills, and surrounding areas.
