SHORT HILLS, NJ, September 10th, 2024 – The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, has sold the ±45,000 SF industrial warehouse located at 897-901 Frelinghuysen Avenue in Newark. Blau & Berg’s Jason Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR, Alessandro (Alex) Conte, CCIM, SIOR, and Peter J. Murano Jr., SIOR, brokered the sale.
The ±45,000 SF facility was desirable to the user because of its location convenient to several major nearby highways, namely 1.5 miles to Route 1&9, 2.1 miles to I-78 and within close proximity to Newark Liberty International Airport and the ports of Newark and Elizabeth. The new owner, Everyday Kids LLC, is a family-owned children’s bedding manufacturer that creates high quality bedding products free of any harmful chemicals. They intend to use the property as a distribution facility.
