SHORT HILLS, NJ, August 1st, 2024 – The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, has secured a tenant for the ± 22,000 SF industrial facility located at 500 Hoiles Drive in Kenilworth. Blau & Berg’s Kenneth F. Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR, Jason Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR, Alessandro (Alex) Conte, CCIM, SIOR, and Peter J. Murano Jr., SIOR represented the landlord. The new tenant was represented by Jodi Luminiello from Caldwell Banker, Westfield.
The 22,000 SF facility sits on ± 1.5 AC and includes ± 2,000 SF office component and additional trailer parking. Proximity played a key role in the lease determination, as the location offers ease of access to the Garden State Parkway Exit 138 (1.2 miles), Interstate 78 (3.6 miles), US Highway 1 & 9 (4.2 miles) and Newark Liberty International Airport (9.6 miles). Additionally, the ports of Newark and Elizabeth are approximately 11 miles away.
