SHORT HILLS, NJ, July 12, 2023 –The Blau & Berg Company, a prominent commercial real estate brokerage firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, has brokered the lease of a new retail location for The Enterprise Center of New Jersey at 60 Park Place in Newark.
The lease was brokered by Christian Benedetto, Director of Business Development for The Blau & Berg Company. This is the 5th brick-and-mortar location for The Enterprise Center, which is a non-profit founded in 1988 focused on providing consulting services, business management education, and funding for minority entrepreneurs. The Enterprise Center operates under the US Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Centers in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
This property, in the Military Park section of Newark, will serve as a physical hub for The Enterprise Center business advisory services to reach local entrepreneurs. The anticipated opening is slated for mid-summer. “We are excited to expand our reach into entirely new communities in and around Newark,” said Victoria Hosendorf, Executive Vice president of the Enterprise Center of New Jersey. “This new brick-and-mortar facility will allow The Enterprise Center to put physical boots on the ground and connect directly with minority business owners where they are. We look forward to our grand opening later this summer.”
