John Longo, Senior Director for The Blau & Berg Company, represented the landlord, Market Yard Properties, and the new tenant.
The property sits in the Market Yard section of Freehold, adjacent to East Main Street, amidst several restaurants and retail locations. “Majestic Realty is a growing real estate and construction firm, and they were looking to expand their operations into a larger downtown office”, said Longo. “This relocation allows them to continue their growth in a space more suitable to their needs.”
