Adam is responsible for representing all clients on either side of real estate transactions. He specializes in industrial and office properties and has worked in New Jersey and the New York City outer boroughs. Prior to joining the brokerage industry,  Adam worked in his family-owned industrial-supply business, where he learned firsthand the operational needs of industrial property users and what makes the right property critical to their operations.


Adam started as an investment sales advisor focusing on the Brooklyn commercial market. He has advised clients on critical land use and zoning issues that have had direct impacts on the value and marketability of their properties. In 2021, Adam sold over $30 million of commercial real estate. His ability to run effective exclusive marketing processes for his owner-user clients enabled his clients to achieve their desired pricing goals and brought buyers and tenants to trust his knowledge of the local space market so they could find optimal business locations. Adam is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
