COMMUNITY & PERSONAL INFO

To supplement his busy schedule Joseph founded the Young Real Estate Professionals of New Jersey in 2006. In doing so, he has established a veritable breeding ground for the synergies that arise when bringing together ambitious individuals.

As a firm believer in the revitalization of the downtown cultural experience, Joseph was a key organizer of the Halsey Street Arts and Music Festival, worked with landlords to provide studio space to renown artist Rupert Ravens, and recently completed the lease for the JaJo Gallery.

Prior to joining The Blau & Berg Company, Joseph worked for Hopkins, Sampson & Brown Real Estate Advisory Services, National Redevelopment, and Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey. As a specialist in the Northern New Jersey office marketplace, he focused on the strategic representation of tenants and owners both locally and nationally.
