Kenneth F. Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR is CEO, Chairman and Principal of The Blau & Berg Company. He has been with the company since 1973, rising through the ranks to his present position. In 1990, he was instrumental in the acquisition of The Blau & Berg Company from Primerica/Margaretten and is the major principal of the firm.

Kenneth received a Broker of the Year award from Summit Associates, Inc., a prominent developer. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a distinguished organization of leading industrial and office real estate professionals, investment specialists and corporate real estate executives.

He was the 1996 president of the SIOR New Jersey Chapter. For the years 2000-2001, Kenneth served as National Director of the SIOR for Region I (consisting of NJ, PA, MD, DE, and DC). He has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, the professional certification bestowed upon qualifying members of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), and is thus recognized as a professional specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
