Nicholas Bio represents clients on either side of real estate transactions pertaining to acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. He is a highly motivated individual who adds value for all his clients by utilizing skills in new technologies within the real estate industry.
EXPERIENCE
Nicholas began his work experience at the age of thirteen, caddying at two of the highest acclaimed country clubs in Northern New Jersey (North Jersey Country Club and Essex County Country Club), allowing him to create meaningful relationships with professionals in a multitude of industries. While earning an education from The Pennsylvania State University, Nicholas cut his teeth in various roles within financial advisory and mortgage brokerage while working at The Cetera Investment Advisors and VertiCredit Mortgage Brokerage. He leverages this experience to pinpoint the custom needs of his clients within the real estate industry. Nicholas also led a team in the 2021 Stewart Rothstein Case Competition through the Penn States Real Estate Case Competition Club, which allowed him to polish his skills in creating development proposals around industrial real estate and running financial metrics for income-producing properties.
