Nicholas Savastano is responsible for representing landlords and tenants and working with buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions. His understanding of technological synergy and complimentary software is an asset to both his clients as well as his co-brokers.

EXPERIENCE

Nicholas began working for the Cedar Grove Animal Hospital at 16 years of age. His 3 years in a medical office gave him a foundational understanding of the needs of both acquisitions and dispositions in the medical market. Nicholas subsequently worked with Acme Markets as a Scanning & Pricing Auditor for the Company’s Boonton, NJ location, developing an early understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory.
